My first mural with a sculpture installation for the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority. I am leading a social awareness campaign focusing on building equity between local residents and the city of Niagara Falls using art as the vehicle. I designed a sculpture of a steel mirror in the silhouette of the human body. The message of this work is without your participation in the improvement of the community development becomes difficult. Residents can scan a QR code which will take them to a website to provide feedback that the city can take into consideration for future development projects. To read more click the link below.

Hands are one of the most symbolically expressive members of the body.
Across various cultures the hands signify power, protection, divinity, healing, strength and providence. The hands covering over the other hand represents each protecting and caring for the other. The seven multi-hued hands are a representation of the diversity of our blackness providing strength for the other. The significance of seven represents security, safety, rest, plenty, reintegration and synthesis. For those who view this work it is my intention that you find strength, healing and safety on your journey.

This artwork in part of the Urban Street Art Exhibition titled “An Offering” which is a response of care and concern by African American Artists, Art Organizations and Art Patrons to support and empower the healing and uplifting necessary to respond to the tragic event of May 14th, 2022. The work is available for public view at 1275 Jefferson Ave, Buffalo, NY 14208 until September 9th.
The Future is Amherst
1463 sq. feet

This concept is dedicated to the next generation of public servants who will continue to lead the charge in creating a safe and prosperous community for all. My intention is to visually narrate this evolution through children of diverse backgrounds dressed as police officers, firefighters, medical & academic professionals. Even though they're dressed professionally, the essence of their innocence is captured as they're playing and imagining their futures while simultaneously appreciating the present.
