I imitated the signs that wood beetles leave behind, in a self-ironic way i took the "attacker" role, i used the woodcut technique and then used a scanner and processed in photoshop, illustrator. This zine reflects the problem of tree theft and deforestation. I created tension between organic and artificial, between the human nature and the nature itself. It is a visual impact of human nature on nature and the conception of what is natural.

Visually i concentrated on repetition and monotony, the shape itself as a plastic element. I expressed variability, dynamics, unity.
