Everyday I look in the mirror, I see a little girl.
Her skin is dark and cool.
Woooohoo, melanin girls rule!
She has a face that’s small and round with ears that catch every sound.
Her eyes are big and bright; she can see it all during the day and in the night
Her nose is very tiny, and her teeth are white and shiny.
Her lips are plump, and her smile is wide.
She’s a true beauty filled with melanin pride.
Her hair is thick; it’s not very long but that’s okay because it’s healthy and strong.
She’s not very tall, just a few inches that’s all.
Her arms and legs are slender and smooth; they help her to move while she gets in the groove.
Her feet and toes are little and cute; they fit very well in her brand-new boots.
