· Preparation of thorough investigated Planning Reports
· Develop an optimum site master plan

· Design appropriate infrastructure facilities that achieve a high standard that are sustainable and environmentally friendly and where possible achieve LEED certification
· Establish realistic cost estimate for the infrastructure construction of each utility
· Ensure that all the work submitted is in compliance with the municipality , local agencies and other service provider standards
· Respond to Client requirement and queries effectively and to maintain necessary contact with the different approval authorities.
The planning strategy will be based on a perfect methodology that has been deduced from variant and broad experiences for such similar international and national projects, this methodology could be summarized as follows:
Phase One: Review & Analysis
- Review and analysis of the conceptual master plan studies, general site surveys.
Phase Two: Detailed Planning
- Prepare a detailed layout which will include the urban design, landscape design, and infrastructure design.
Phase Three: Cost Estimates
- Establish a cost estimate study based on the preparation of BOQ.
Phase Four: Tendering management
- Prepare a tender process management plan for infrastructure development.
- Analysis and comparison of tenders and recommendation for construction contracts.
- Carry out evaluation & bid process management for construction contracts.
