Al-Nahrain university - 4th year

• The main wall will be preserved and painted white because there are lots of ugly graffiti writings on it and there is no point in keeping it. However when we paint it, the brick material will be still visible and the ornaments also.

• The other walls will be painted white also.

• Minimal white design was chosen to reflect pure and clear environment away from life complications so the costumer can think and bring his most potential on the project he works on.

• The placement of the services was chosen considering the wind movement from the from the left to the right of the project, as well as the sitting hall is placed away from the direct sunlight close to a north elevation.
