I designed these postcards to promote various gallery shows that took place in the Twin Cities in 2010.

Raspberry Monday is a juried show for students of Bethel University. It is the final gallery exhibition of the academic year, and seeks to celebrate the student work created during that year. The creation of Raspberry Monday was inspired by a young couple who went out one Monday afternoon in 1972 to pick raspberries. In a terrifying turn of events, their car went off the road and into a ditch. When the dust had settled, the couple looked around the scene, frightened to see themselves covered in blood! They soon realized that what they thought was blood, was merely the juice from their day's labor. The accident left them with an unexpected financial gain, which they used to start a scholarship for artists at Bethel. Raspberries are traditionally included in the promotional materials for this event, as yet another nod to the event that began this tradition.
The Sylvan Screen opened at Bethel University's Johnson Gallery on February 12, 2010, and featured the work of Richard Barlow and Regan Golden.
This Time, This Space, an exhibition at Form + Content in Minneapolis, showcased recent work from John Marshall and Kenneth Steinbach.
