Introduction

This editorial project was part of a University module where we had to choose a subject based around design and then to write a essay on the chosen project along side designing a zine for the essay to go in. I decided to go with the subject of what the world would be like without design and more specifically exploring the consumerism side of it. The idea behind the design aspect of things was to strip back the designs to be very minimal which made it coherent with the theme of life without design. The decision of going with a minimal style challenged my typography skills and the use of white space which was a good exercise to test my design skills with minimal graphics.
