Large Government Agency Website Redesign Strategy
A largegovernment agency contracted with Accenture to conduct the first phase of awebsite redesign program. The mission of this program was to establish a soundconceptual foundation for the website which is focused on business outcomes anduser needs.

Home page wireframe of the redesigned site. Wireframes were created for various pages of the site. (Note: the name of the agency was blocked out)
Persona based on one of the user groups of the website. Additional personas were written as well.
The users experience within the redesign.
Blueprint / sitemap of the portion of the site the user interacted with the most. A full site map was created for the site.
