For my first project in Intermediate Photography, we had to capture an image that showed a sense of place. In this photograph I captured this statue on a very cold and cloudy day. In this image, it was late winter and I wanted to get some photos of dark and moody scenes before the snow fully went away. I enjoyed the curve being formed by the sidewalk, so I decided to get it in the picture as well to help lead the eye into the creepy graveyard.
