Woodoir combs
Two types of combs - male and female, for two types of hair: straight and short, thick and curly.
A structural need for laminating the male comb was a challenge to experiment with coloristic effects that occur through structural joining and sanding. Various combinations were made.
As material, I used scrap material for wooden flooring and leftover veneer, solely domestic wood species.
Used technology includes CNC cutting of the the basic contour, then hand finishing the product to the finest quality of wood finishing.
