República 95, is a building from the 20s, 30s, located on Avenida da República, in Lisbon, Portugal, with its own characteristics that are an invitation to an authentic journey through time. This real estate project consists on the rehabilitation of a building, whose architectural trace remains, in order to maintain its identity but with a contemporary interior architecture and luxury finishes.
For the commercialisation of the project, its identity was created, which conceptual language is reflected in the commercial brochure and other graphic print materials.
The concept focused on time travelling, with particular inspiration in the movie Gatsby, which represents very well the high society of that time. The golden graphic elements, the images of the women of high society, plated with jewellery and luxury makeup, reflect the period to which this building witnessed.
The print materials consist on a package that holds the project brochure on one side, and the plants drawn in detail on the other. These were thought out in detail, from graphic design and typography, to the choice of materials, and high quality production, resulting in a premium graphic print materials with very particular printing characteristics that interact with each other, showing the true conceptual spirit of the project.
