The rum baba originated from Poland and has been adopted in many cultures. In Italy, Neapolitans recreated their own version which remains very popular in the italian culture.

This dessert is from southern Italy, Sicily. The cannoli are fairly easy to make if you decide to buy the pre-made shells. All that's left is the filling!
