One day it is fat. Next, it is beef, and one time, it is again soya. Many of our beloved meals have raised brows over the years and have garner controversial points and opinions.

However, you do not need to always follow some strict rules and straight out-of-book opinions in order to live healthily. Neither do you have to starve yourself of necessary nutrients or meal before you can achieve your weight loss goals.
