Concept story
In the night, where lantern fires glowed and water reflected the dance of the sparkles, fishing took place.
The marvelous hunt was ruled by a human, but the actual killers were birds. Cormorants, who's long lofty necks were tied with ropes, could only eat the fish they supposed to, pretty small. They hunted on and on instinctively, willing to gain the big. Rope prevented to swallow, thus birds brought big fish to the ruler, the man who captured them.
About
The apartment has two separated zones - guest and private areas, the main idea is to create private spaces in more calming and natural tones, in contrast to outstanding living area, but they must be also not controversial to the main Ukai concept.
Master bedroom divided to three blocks with home office, sleeping and restroom area. The focal point is restroom "cube" with standalone bath tube complimenting the hedonistic lifestyle. There is no reason to rush in such a quiet and peaceful area.
Guest room is used by grown old child of a couple, however not very frequent. So mostly it can be used as the second separated home office, with the nice storage area and movable mattress.
