After installation of the model of the whole of Park Hill in Urban Splash's on site sales office, this model focusing on Phase 3 of the development was commissioned by student housing group Alumno. Now known as 'Béton House', the smaller model of this single phase allows for greater detail, including public sculpture and landscaping reflecting the final landscape design.
