A boy's late-night cartoon is interrupted when a strange creature pays him a visit.
My first animatic! I refined the story over the next few weeks with the feedback I got from class. The story of the film was developed to have better timing, more danger, and more character interaction.

Rig edits to turn Dawn's outfit into Dinosaur PJs! I re-textured his clothes so that they would fit my story. I turned them into onesies and found the pefect dinosaur pattern on Adobe Stock.
I was very excited about exploring creature animation! When I had trouble figuring out how to animate the creature, I made this walk cycle--this exercise made me more comfortable animating the creature going forward.

This film was a challenging, yet rewarding, experience. I am excited to improve as I learn more about animation!
