CLIP: BEACH HOUSE
Music video
The label's request was simple, create a redesign of the group's graphic identity by making a clip in the image of this new artistic direction. The objective was to modernize the image.
In groups of two, accompanied by Maureen Bouché, we decided to create a clip on Myth music by the group Beach House. The idea was to establish a double vision evoking an unreal, pictorial world where the protagonist would move in search of an exit. The character meets new forms by looking at nature, buildings, the world around her.
The use of mirrors and the split effect were effective ways to show that the character is able to trace her own voice.

Beach House is an atypical duo formed in 2004 in Baltimore by Alex Scally and Victoria Legrand.
Their music is qualified as "dream-pop", partly indefinable. The group doesn't want to follow a movement or a culture, they don't want to become famous, Beach House only wants to be artists.
