I continued my Sustained Investigation concept, this time by using standout 2021 all-star, Bradley Beal. He leads the NBA in points per game.

First, I began my piece by creating a layer, then filling it with blue to serve as a temporary background. Then, I added this image of the Washington Wizards logo (Beal's team), which I inserted by using the place linked tool, then cutting it out with the quick selection tool.  

Next, I created this design, which is most notably belonging in between the foreground and the background. I used this star as a guideline, which I originally cut out for the large star seen in the foreground. I then duplicated the image, then tinkered with the size and rotated each star made throughout the process. The star's are a prime importance to the Wizards, as they have them in their logo, jersey's, and even one in their shooting guard, Bradley Beal. Additionally, I created a red, statue-like design also breaking the frame, being in between the foreground and background, adding depth.

Lastly, I used these two images of Beal, placing one within the large star found in the front of the design, and the other in front of the red design. I believe utilizing both images helped the process, as it adds a new perspective apart from most pieces. To finish it up, I added text of his name in a cursive script in the bottom left and right corners.
