Water drops have the property of sticking to each other. By accepting each drop of water as information, they can create further information when combined.Every drop of water that shatters a water mass can generate new information.In this context, "FCL" aims to explain learning spaces with drops of water that constantly try to unite and disunite. While the orientation of the drops to the water mass is from the environment to the center, their separation from it occurs from the center to the environment.Therefore, this approach shaped the design by locating the gathering areas centrally and individual learning areas environmentally.
