What are Birth Control Pills?

This project was done for XXXY during the Winter semester of 2021 at Rhode Island School of Design. Students were asked to create a piece regarding a topic surrounding sex education for a specific audience.
I have created an infographic about birth control pills targeted towards a Japanese audience. There still remains stigma towards women who take birth control in Japan, especially towards younger patients. My goal was to create an infographic that would spread awareness about the topic through a design that would appeal to a wider audience. Information about feminine care tends to be designed towards a feminine audience, but it is vital for other parties to understand and to talk about this topic to reduce the stigma and misunderstanding of birth control pills in the community.
