Art deco prop set: lamps
for my third 2d assignment i had to create a props et in the style of art deco.
the props had to be lamps. i started out with crating a mood board for it which i ended up using along with the more general art deco mood board i made before.
the next thing i did was sketching out a few silhouettes and making variations of them. after that i choose 5 i liked and edited them. and finally i added some detail.

for my 3d assignment i had to make a propset based on the 2d work above,
the first thing i did was import the 2d work as a reference and star modeling from there.
next i figured out how to make the lightbulbs glow.
after that it was time for rendering.
