Our clients had a ground floor annex designed in the traditional classical style. They wished to convert this into a small residence by adding another floor but without conforming to the previous European aesthetic. Hence, we decided to play with a juxtapose of two architectural styles. We propose a modern, minimalist and humble architecture to be superimposed over the heavily ornamented structure.The beauty of the design is such that both structures could stand together but maintain their own distinct identity.
