ENCEE Spray
Industrial design of India's first electrostatic spray and gun system.
Problem: The main task was to design an ergonomic design for a trolley and spray gun. The customer (Rite waters) had an existing design that was not attractive, ergonomic, and was difficult to manufacture. My challenge was to make the design look good and easy to manufacture.
Solution: 
I prepared various sketches and scrutinized each concept from manufacturing point of view. I proposed a solution that used a combination of ACP sheet and stainless steel sheet. The design also used less bending and welding and hence reducing labor cost. To reduce the weight of the device I performed an FEA analysis and selected the size of the piping which helped cut the weight of the device but 30% and also cut the cost by 50%.
