Asheville, NC is a very active town and there’s always plenty going on – especially when it comes to outdoor activities. For many years, Highland Brewing Co. has sponsored running, paddling, hiking and biking events around town.

 

Highland Brewing Co. had come up with the ‘Run Your Ale Off’ concept (a play on ‘Run Your Tail Off’) a couple of years earlier and printed up lightweight running shirts to unite their love of beer with their love of outdoor sports. The brewery approached me about designing 3 new shirts in this new “outdoor sports” series that to accompany their already popular ‘Run Your Ale Off” shirts.
