A project devoted to helping individuals learn important survival skills from a fresh perspective.
Many survival guides and manuals are boring and academic. I wanted to remind explorers that preparation can be just as adventurous as their spontaneous whims.
A coffee truck positioned on the street outside of the museum to serve as an action point, helping locals "survive the day." The truck would build intrigue and trust, informing potential participants of the Survive exhibit.
The visitor's manual was created to be passed out in kiosks leading into the exhibit.
I wanted to use dreamy and bold colors rather than the earthy tones one might expect.
I also wanted the logo to seem real, like something you would sketch in your notebook while planning a hiking route.
