In a group of four, we designed a fully-functioning office building with a commercial ground floor, including floor plans for all crucial building systems, including HVAC system, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety route systems. 

We used OBC standards and a strong implementation of L.E.E.D. in our final submission. Additionally while considering people's needs in the work environment, emphasizing the need for socialization and communication between co-workers, as further explained in the written portion of the assignment. 

The project was completed in December of 2020, in Sheridan College's Architectural Technology program.
