This is my second Train Model out of three that I have just finished, 'The Flying Scotsman'.
Choosing this particular train was an easy decision; I wanted something in a different colour than the prominent black of the 'BR Thompson B1 Class', in addition to being iconic.
Having recently played 'Forza Horizon 4' as seen in the image below, 'The Flying Scotsman' made an apperance within that game where you get to race it to the finish line. In addition to this, back in 2018 I went on a Road Trip around Scotland where I got to go to the same viaduct where 'The Hogwarts Express' went on in the Harry Potter films.
Overall, I am really happy with how the train came out below, using the same tools as the previous train model, Maya, Photoshop, Substance & V-Ray 5.
Below is a representation of one of three train models, that you're able to pan around and zoom into via Sketchfab. The model has had to be optimized so that it meets the 100mb file size limit. I have also used Sketchfab's own materials as to keep that limit as low as possible.
