2011 College Graduation Exhibition

Back To Nature: This shows how we should try and achieve a balance in our minds between the digital world and the real world.
Lost In Cyberspace Pt. 1 - Discovery: Opening the door to the digital world and all of it's joys.
Lost In Cyberspace Pt. 2 - Enjoyment: The user is slowly becoming engrossed in the many vices of the digital world.
Lost In Cyberspace Pt. 3 - Hitting Rock Bottom: The user is now completely addicted to their digital vice of choice.
So Many Apps, So Little Time: A young woman becoming completely wrapped up in the awesomeness of smartphones and all the distractions they have to offer.
Social Media vs. Real Life: A Facebook user who spends so much time on the site, that she forgets to connect with her family in real life. The background contains photos of my family from the late 90s through early 2000s that my parents let me borrow and scan for this piece.
A Part Time Parent and a Full Time Farmer: Based on a real story of a woman who neglected her baby in favor of playing Farmville for multiple hours a day; a Facebook game that was incredibly popular back in the late 2000s.
The Game Worth Killing For: Based on a real story about a teenage boy who killed his parents because they confiscated his copy of Halo 3. This is a video game cover based lightly on the style of the Halo series game boxes. I had it displayed in a blank DVD case for my exhibition.
