Hand Knitting Project 2021
Sweet, sour and painful. That is my experience with candies, the sugar, the salt. The colour and the texture, all of it repels me. However, it makes up for strong inspiration, it is like moving from an uncomfortable situation to a place of comfort, almost cathartic. Like they say, and I second, "One cannot be comfortable and creative at the same time."
The fluff, the stickiness, the bulk, the air, the crystals, the chunk, all translated into a 12"x61.5" scarf.
