I made up the plinth with a clear glass tank to store the liquid. It had to be measured exactly so that I wouldn't get any overflow when adding a very sepcific amount of black to the container throughout the exhibit.

The final piece. The dripping lasted for an entire day before the black had to be replaced, which I did every morning of the exhibition.
The exhibition piece after three days, already quite grey. The exhibition ran for almost two weeks, the liquid getting darker and darker each day.
