New Morning Bees is a fictional, ministry-oriented bee farm that employs young adults who have aged out of the foster care system. The business is focused on both the individual employee and the customer. Employees are taught Scripture and mentored in life skills. These employees run the farm, make beeswax and honey products, and manage the administrative work.

The mission of New Morning Bees is to provide for and mentor young people through crafting and marketing of high quality bee products.

The name is based on Lamentations 3:22-23, "The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; His mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness" (ESV).
