Pujol got the 20th place in the list of the World’s 50 Best Restaurants of 2017. This same year, the chef and owner, Enrique Olvera, changed Pujol’s location and concept. So he needed a new tableware to match with it. The project was developed linking up the restaurant and Uriarte Talavera, the largest enterprise in the production of Talavera, which is a kind of ceramic with designation of origin.
The tableware has elements from ancient Mexican pottery from Oaxaca, with a contemporary twist. All the dishes have smooth curves, giving an organic look and feel. It includes serving dishes, individual dishes and a coffee set.
