This project was for my Design with Photoshop class.  The project was to add layers to a base image to change the look and feel of it.  My intentions was was to take a basic mountain scene that was frozen, added the sun, and added layers to blaze the sun.  What I didn't count on happening was the sun glare on the water, which added a flare to the photo.
