The project is built on an area of 7,5 x 20 m, planning adjacent houses, a popular form of housing in urban Vietnam. The issues of light, ventilation and greenness are always featured in this type of housing.

The client is the head of an urban greenery company, with the desire for a house with lots of greenery, as a pride in the profession the owner is pursuing. The family has four members, parents and two daughters. The design plan must solve the necessary privacy as well as the proper communication and gatherings of a Vietnamese family.

Inspired by the image of the Marble Mountains, combined with the demanded space and function use, we have formed the idea of building cubes of different dimensions that stacking to create separate interesting interconnected inner and outer spaces. The building is the close interaction between the elements: People, trees, light and wind through the layout of the cubes and the layout of the space used. Make full use of natural resources, sun, wind and trees; thereby saving artificial energy (electrical lights, air-conditioners, fans ...) to limit negative impacts from the outside such as noise, smoke, dust,... Improve the value of living environment inside and outside the home. The project also contributes to increase the density of trees and enhance the value of natural landscapes for the area.

The project has also skillfully used some of the unique traditional craft village cultures of Da Nang in particular and Vietnam in general is in danger of dying out. As a way of keeping and imparting to descendants later on the regional cultural characteristics that the ancestors have worked hard to build.
