HISTORY
Concept of new architecture for one of the largest supermarket chains in Azerbaijan.
Management company Rahat appealed to the bureau team One to One with a request
Develop a new architecture concept as one of the next stages of the company's global rebranding.
The main task was to make a modern and spectacular concept of architecture, which will distinguish the brand from standard store and mall buildings. Use creative and stylish solutions, both in the decoration of the facade, and in the decoration of the interiors and landscape surroundings of the building.
CONCEPT
A special task was voiced for the study of facade and landscape lighting. The location of the market suggests excellent visibility from the central city highway, and the new architecture should become its decoration and attraction.
There are two summer terraces for McDonald's and KFC restaurants, parking for visitors and service cars, as well as a small landscape park on the territory of supermarket
The One to One team developed 5 architecture options, of which two went to the final of the choice.
Architecture concept 2 - building area - 4000 m2. A bright and noticeable object that cannot be overlooked both from the expressway and from the height of bird's flight. An attractive facade that uses a fragment of the brand's brand logo as an element of decor.
DETAILS
Decorative elements with a thoughtful facade make the building unusual and effective. Cozy outdoor terraces restaurants, landscaping grounds, lawns asymmetric shape. Convenient check-in and a large number of parking spaces.This concept was agreed by the customer, accepted and is being implemented at this stage.
