Symbiosis

Symbiosis is a scenography commissioned by the Canadian lighting company Lambert & Fils for their Mile Collection’s European premiere during the Stockholm Design Week (2018). Exploring the theme of symbiosis — the beneficial coexistence of individual entities — I developed design concepts around light, space and nature.

The Mile lighting was intertwined with lush plants, enveloped in wildflowers and luxurious vegetation, contrasting the geometry of the Mile with the organic, uncontrollable aspect of nature — a buzzing, vibrant atmosphere. The exhibition presents the universally palpable idea that just a few thoughtfully composed things can distinctly enhance a space.
