TASK 2 ROTOSCOPE ANIMATION TASK
Greetings everyone! For this task we are asked to form a group of two people, then we select music video of our choice then produce a 10 - 15 second rotoscope animation.
This time I had the fortunate chance to collaborate with Muhammad Aiman Azman. The Music Video we chose to rotoscope is the YMCA by the Village People.
Behind The Scenes
First, we import our chosen video to the timeline in Adobe Photoshop.
Next we set the frame rate of the timeline to 12 fps.
Then, using the brush tool, we sketch the outline of the character we have chose on a new layer in each of the frames to create a frame by frame animation.
Finally we create a new layer to for the background to show the outline of the character.
After exporting the images, it is then edited in Adobe Premiere Pro after the edit it is then exported as the video below.
