About the project: The Sustainability of the building is the basic design concept of the building. In addition, the It designed to be an agricultural research center, not only  fulfilling the needs of scientists, but also designed to accommodate most of the age and type of people in the city! The shape is inspired by the symbolism of linking Two main souls  of the place (culture and the chaos of daily life) and they are, frist, (street schools), which represents the ages of childhood, and most of the cultural activities come from this white-paved  street, which connects with the laboratories, cinema and library  halls, i.e. cultural activities of the building, and the other  street (the crossing city roundabout).
