Prefabric Foodbank Project

This project designed for "Soup kitchen design competition of Gömeç Municipality" in Balıkesir, Turkey. Being a prefabricated, single-storeyed building was a competition condition. Dining hall has to be designed multifunctional to serve reherseals of chorus of village at nights.

In this modular design, where 20ft conteiners are used as module units, it is aimed to spatialize the spaces between units with the application of floors, thus reducing the construction area.
The soup kitchen consists of kitchen and multipurpose hall units that are resolved independetely from each other. In this way, the blocks required according to the desired location and fuction can be moved seperately.

Project can also be used as earthquake help center in disaster district.
