Project Scope: This is a series of book cover designs I created in Adobe Illustrator for a science fiction novel I am writing. The dog's silhouette references the shape of a heart and it interacts with the protagonist against ether. The other designs focus on the botanical and water elements of the novel. The Filicudi Typeface with Milan origins was used in movie poster, advertising, and announcement designs, beginning in the 1930s.
