The stories inside of Grimms's Fairy Tales have darker versions of the fairy tales we grew up with and cherish, so I decided to illustrate a skull to foreshadow the twisted endings inside. Using a continuous line drawing method I was able to achieve chaotic line work that adds a creepy effect.
