For the "Insulin" issue of UofTMed magazine I was asked to create an animated illustration for an article about the pancreas, which Professor Gary Lewis says “is like an exquisitely sensitive and perfectly networked computer.”

In addition to the main illustration, they also requested an animated spot showing how different factors (physical activity, diet, and genetics) put you more or less at risk for diabetes.
