Evening wear
A signature of layering and simple lines are identified in traditional hanbok silhouette. My concept finds inspirations from spring details as well as traditional hanbok. Application of lace and pleating help to create a subdued and lightweight style.
Lace appliques are added in for a more feminine yet refreshing aspect. The jewel is made of resin with bits of dried flowers in it. To retain the traditional hanbok's elements, norigae is attached to the waistline, a typical traditional accessory which hangs from the hanbok’s skirt, with a little twist in the jewel.
