ABOUT MY PROJECT:

Our project aims in eradicating hunger and serving the downtrodden people. This is a platform for have’s to give it to have-not’s as a part of their giving in return to the society. It provides excellent co-ordination for identification of volunteers whose passion’s for donating and working for the needy people, who are facing several hardship’s during calamities.
OBJECTIVE:

1) Aim’s  at  providing  for various avenues, for mitigating people’s problem for getting food.
2) The resources are channelized through various volunteers.
3)Resources are organized to meet the objective of feeding poor
PROBLEM STATEMENT:

Nowadays, the count of needy people has been increasing. They don’t have an
secured life and an support to help them with their needs. They always need to depend on other people and are mostly, feel left out. It creates an inability in themselves on whether they can achieve anything or not and feel difficult to run their living.
One more issue we saw here was, there is no proper trusted platform or source to do donations to needy people .Their is some kind of issue occurring based on trust or on some other things.
PROPOSED SOLUTION:

So, our project mainly aims at feeding the needy people with full satisfaction and also providing full trust to donor about distribution issues. This provides an satisfaction to both the needy as well as the donor.

Going deep into project:

Behavioral pattern of the needy people and few user interviews were conducted to understand more about their sufferings, & mainly for improving their condition.

Based on that we concluded and found out three user segments as:
1)Common user
2)Needy people
3)NGO



 
Conducted interview of 15 key personnel of various types of users associate with the project. 
Carried out survey to understand the various behavioral pattern and preferences of donors. ​​​​​​​

WHAT BEHAVIOURAL CHANGE WAS BROUGHT:
Our application was designed to improve the way needy people got prompt help & support. It also coordinated the efforts of various key personal involved in the project, in the most effective manner.

It would also bring more donors into the project to enable sustaining the functioning of the social work.​​​​​​​
FUTURE Enhancements:

The application will be enhanced to meet eventualities such as non-availability of volunteers and transporters and search for viable alternatives.

It will also be improved for efficient logistical optimization considering the availability of transporters in a particular area to cater to the requirements and distance involved
