At Borshoff, I worked on a rebrand of The Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing to modernize their name and look. The elements in the Sigma crest included a decorative leaf shape that we used as a primary logo icon. The laurel leaf is used both as symbol of academic excellence and a crown of achievement that we felt would be a good nod to the former logo and nice way to represent the members of Sigma.
