The transferred image was made with inkjet ink on paper and affixed with mosquito repellent lotion. When the paper completely dry (approx. 12 hours, depends on the surface and temperature) the paper was carefully removed with water and finger movement.

The concept behind it was simply a personification of a toilet when they see a lot of crap happening in the toilet. A silent witness.
