TAZO: Packaging Series of Three
The purpose of this redesign is to tackle two missing traits TAZO needs: eco-friendly packaging and well-known floral tea flavors. This floral series includes Serenity (which has butterfly pea flower and lemon), Sweet Desire (rose and apricot), and Vivid Haven (chrysanthemum, goji berries, and ginger). The packaging makes use of the wrap-around sticker that includes a textured background for people to easily spot in aisles. The textured background is bright, eye-catching, and is meant to evoke one’s senses. The sticker also includes a tiny banner of main ingredients for people to see. There is type hierarchy among the brand name and tea name which makes use of the 3/4s rule. The packaging also uses Lust Script to blend into the atmosphere of the textured background and create a system among the floral tea series. Whereas, Avance Pro typeface has a unique curve in its serif typeface which works well with Lust Script, while being legible.
