Customer Journey Maps & User Research
I recently completed a UX project for MyFlooring.com where I interviewed 13 different customers about their online shopping experience and created Customer Journey Maps to illustrate pain points in the process. I used Smaply to create the Journey Maps which proved to be a great platform for the big meeting where the info was presented. Having multiple accounts allowed the team members to input their solutions in real time.
