TESTING FINALS IN LAYOUT
What I liked:
-I liked how well planned out I was papered ready for my shoot as it allowed me to get all the images I had pre visualised before hand within that time but also gave a a great idea of how to shoot the images so that they fitted within the layout
-I like the theme of the shoot and how well matched the images look together which creates a nice flow in my layout as you go through it.
What I Didn't Like:
-I think that however nicely the layout flow from each page and images the layout can look quite repetitive as I look through it.
-I think that the fact that I used the same background and lighting set up for most of my images I found that it made it look to repetitive and boring which doesn't fit the brief given.
-Also I think that from the previous research I have done on Saturday supplements I found that the finals I put in layout doesn't fit with the look of supplement as many use different techniques and style for the different recipes they show within it which mine doesn't show as well.
What I'd Change:
-I think I'm going to continue to test out different images not only final but also the more successful final test shoot I've done and the finals to test out many different layout so that I can make a final layout of the best images I've taken for this unit.
