Meet Tickles the Tiger, a pocket-sized playful cat! Tickles is quick to knit and makes a super gift.
Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, the tiger is knitted in acrylic DK yarns on single pointed needles (not in the round), and the tail is i-cord worked on two DPNs.

NEEDLES
A pair of 3mm straight single pointed knitting needles (US 2.5)
Two 3mm DPNs; minimum length 10cm (US 2.5)
RECOMMENDED YARN
Hayfield Bonus DK in orange, white and brown; double knitting/light worsted weight; 100% acrylic; one 100g/280m skein in each colour will be more than adequate
NOTIONS
A darning or tapestry needle for seaming
Toy filling
Beads for eyes
SIZES
One size only - 15cm tall standing, and 10cm when seated.
TECHNIQUES
For confident beginners and above, techniques used include casting on and off, knits, purls, increases and decreases, knitting stripes, and seaming to finish.
